Executive Team
Mike Butler
Executive Director
Mike has a long and varied work history, and has spent over 15 years working in disability services directing various employment and microenterprise programs. Mike and his wife Kerri are longtime residents of Bakersfield, and are parents of one son and two daughters, and grandparents to eight beautiful grandchildren.
Baylie Scott
Director of Program Development
Baylie has loved working with individuals with diverse abilities for the past nine years. She is passionate about building relationships in the community and dreaming up ideas to improve the lives of ITG participants. Baylie lives in Bakersfield with her husband, Jack.
Alyssa Johnson
Director of Org. Development
Alyssa is passionate about assisting vulnerable populations, and loves utilizing her administrative and development skills to do so. She was born and raised in Bakersfield, but now lives in Italy where her husband pastors a church. Alyssa is grateful to be part of the important work ITG is doing, even from a distance.

Lori is a Reading Intervention teacher at Sing Lum Elementary School in Panama- Buena Vista School District. She spends her free time traveling the Western US to visit grandkids.
Josh Waldon
Board of Directors, Treasurer
Josh is the President of Western Power Products. He appreciates Bakersfield, the Central Valley, and the impact it has with Ag and Energy. Josh enjoys home projects and spending time with his family.
Ken Beurmann

Ken is the CEO of TERRIO Therapy-Fitness, Inc. Ken is a Bakersfield native, and is active on several local non-profit Boards. In his spare time he enjoys camping, sailing, and coaching his three kids in several sports.
Grover Waldon

Grover is a co-founder of ITG. He is a long-time partner in the law firm of Clifford & Brown and in his spare time enjoys his family and spending time at their ranch near Glennville, CA.
Shawn Kelly

Shawn is a CPA at WrenKelly in Bakersfield. He loves Bakersfield and all of the amazing people that make it such a great place to live.
Bryan Lynn

Bryan is a Bakersfield native, retired law enforcement officer, and works with families as a licensed trustee. He and his wife Becky love GRACE and the special people served by its ministry.

Catherine is a co-founder of Independence Through GRACE Foundation. She enjoys spending time with her family when she’s not having fun with her friends at GRACE.
